The Somatic Swing is the instrument at the heart of Aerial Somatic Therapy. Made from a specifically chosen fabric that conforms to the body like a second skin, it allows for suspension, inviting gravity to become a therapeutic ally, and opening the body to traction, compression, and rotation at depths otherwise unreachable.
For practitioners, it is a precision tool that extends the depth of your work and becomes a dedicated practice for your own body between sessions. For those who have experienced AST and want to continue the work at home, it brings the self-bodywork practice into your daily life.
